As frontman for the popular Canadian pop-rock band Hedley, Jacob Hoggard always attracted attention. Described as having "blinding charisma with a hint of danger", he became known for pushing boundaries—both on and off the stage. By 2022 he would also be known as one of Canada's most notorious sex offenders. How did his behaviour go unchecked for so long?
